A few sneak peeks...

I promised a couple of days ago I would show you some sneaks of upcoming items. Forgive the pics. These were quick snapshots taken with my iphone. So the vibrancy of these colors aren't really captured. All of these will be camera bags that will go in my shop when I get back from vacation. Are you excited? I know I am!

A little Mezzanine in one of my favorite colorways.

A more classic combination.

A little Jennifer Paganelli.

These are all cut out and ready to sew. I am bummed that I won't get them sewn up until after we get back. Gotta get some customs out first.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Just a quick note...

Good evening everyone. Thought I would pop on and write a quick little note before I crawl into bed to read and decompress from the busy day we have had here. AllStars for Baylee is over. Unfortunately we lost in Sectionals and didn't make it to the state play-offs. We are still holding our heads up high though because our girls had a blast and I think us parents had just as much fun. Even though it took up most of our Summer, I can honestly say that it was a fun and positive experience for all of us. We made lots of new friends....ones I can happily say will be friends for life and created lots of great memories for the girls.

What have we been up to since then? Well, we ended up taking a quick and spontaneous trip to Baton Rouge to have Baylee attend an LSU pitching camp. It was a whirlwind few days but one that was very beneficial and one she really enjoyed. For those that have never been to the LSU campus, I highly recommend checking it out. It is GORGEOUS! Lots of treelined streets and historical buildings and homes. I loved it!!

Other than that, we have been busy with swim lessons, relaxing and I have been working frantically to get all of my orders off my table before we head out for vacation. We are all soooo ready for some sand and sun.

I have been busy cutting out new projects. I will try and share a few pics tomorrow of some of those. They are still the "work" phase of things but you can get a sneak of the fabrics.

What has everyone been doing this Summer? Are you ready for school?

Til later.......

Well, HELLLLOOOOOOO!

Long time no talk. I have been wanting to blog forever. But it seems that every time I sit down to do it, something comes up or I am too tired to make the effort. I don't know about everyone else, but this Summer sure has flown by. We are still elbow-deep in AllStars softball with Baylee and it has been a fun but also time consuming endeavor. Friday started off the beginning of our Sectionals tournament and if we can pull through that, we will be headed to state. Let me tell you, these are some very hard working girls AND parents. With 2-3 hour practices almost every day, these families have really put in a lot of time to make this a productive and fun experience for everyone. Baylee is having a great time! On top of AllStars, we have also joined a Select (travelling) softball team. However, we haven't really had a chance to get our feet wet with that since we are focusing on AllStars first. I still can't believe that school starts in just over a month.
In between softball, summer camps, house stuff and custom orders, I have not had a lot of time to list much in my shop. Once things settle down here (for sure when school starts), I should be back with a bang.

What have all of you been up to? Enjoying your Summer?

I am leaving you with a few pics from our Summer so far. Hope everyone is enjoying theirs!

Baylee pitching in our last District game. She struck out 6 batters in the 3 innings she pitched!

WOO HOO! Go Lumberton!! Hopefully we will have a Sectionals banner to go with this one soon!

Anthem.
Didn't this turn out cool? All of these pics were taken by another player's dad. He has kind of become our resident team photographer. He does a great job too!
