Sharing a Few Customs

 Thought I would share a few customs that I have made for some wonderful customers.  I really hope that they are enjoying their new Priddy Creations goodies!

One of my large camera bags.  I always love creating using Heather Bailey's Pop Garden fabrics.

An additional option....back, divided pocket.

Another additional option....side pocket.

Inside includes two, removable dividers and a cinch strap.

This pretty blue and brown damask medium camera bag will more than likely end up on my website.  I have enough left to make one more.

Speaking of my website, I have LOTS of great stuff already listed.  Take a peek here.  A lot of them are ready to ship!

I am also excited to share another new product.  A wonderful customer contacted me for a custom set of camera accessories.  With that request came a new product that I have been trying to find time to create.  Thanks to her, I had to MAKE time and I am so happy for the push.  Sometimes it is hard to squeeze in new items.  This is one reason I love custom orders.  They help you think outside of the box and sometimes push you to make time for new things!  So thanks so much Leland!!  Here a sneak peek of her order (including the new product):

I love how the whole thing turned out.  Unfortunately I will not be able to remake this set.  This fabric is hard to come by.  But if I do come across more, these items will end up in my Etsy Shop.  I do have LOTS of other fabrics though if anyone is interested in their own custom set of camera accessories.

Now a little more about that new product......

This small little accessory bag was designed to hold my customer's extra batteries and smaller accessories.  It is PERFECT for that!  It is also a great option for smaller point and shoot cameras.  The height of the bag can be adjusted to fit smaller point and shoots.  And of course you can customize it with the fabric of your choice.

Another great thing about this bag is that is has a wristlet that can be worn on your wrist, attached to your belt loop or your camera bag or any place else you want!  How great is that?

And this great little bag does not have to be limited to camera products.  It would be great for carrying around a cell phone and small wallet for a girls' night out!  Stylish and functional.

So what does everyone think?  Good idea?  Will this be a useful product?

Random Goodness

A little of this and that.....

A new option that I will be adding to my product line. Embroidery on my camera bags. Looks good doesn't it? This particular bag was made using Patty Young's Mezzanine.



We live in Texas where it really NEVER snows. Well, we have gotten snow two years in a row. This time it was just a tease but the kids got to feel it on their face a little. Nothing really stuck. Not enough to play in. But we could at least say we got snow! You probably need to click on the pics to actually see the flakes. It wasn't very heavy.

And we FINALLY made it for our annual visit to see Santa. Ethan asked him for a baby bulldog. That is the first I am hearing of that request. Ethan's shirt says "Dear Santa, I was Framed." HAHAHAHAHA!! If you knew Ethan, you would understand how perfect that is for him. He is one of those kids that is always saying "I didn't do it." :)

Introducing My New Lens Cap Straps!

I am soooo super excited to introduce my new lens cap straps (aka lens cap leashes). A sweet customer of mine sparked the idea for these little sanity savers. She asked me to make her a "little bag" to keep her lens cap in while shooting because she is constantly misplacing it (I can relate.....I used to do it all the time). And instead of doing that, I came up with these. They have kept me from pulling my hair out trying to remember what I did with my lens cap while shooting!

So thanks Miss Rachel for your inspiration for this!! You should be getting yours soon!!

Randomness and a Sneak Peek

I am still trying to catch up on some more customs and really enjoying myself. Below is one that I did for a sweet customer that I will be listing soon in my Esty shop. Miss Patty's fabric is a HUGE hit. It is one of my most requested fabric lines when doing customs. I am totally loving how this one turned out. I am going to offer up a Andalucia custom over the next few days and you can choose your own combination. Or, you can let me pick the fabrics and it be a surprise!! :) Now wouldn't that be fun???

Now the little beaut below is one of my ALL TIME favorite bags. It is by far my most popular bag. Especially with these fabrics. I will be listing this one as well in my Etsy shop within the next week. I will also be introducing a new product this week that I think will be a big hit! :) I have been brainstorming for something new and fresh and I think this may be something that all of you will really enjoy! I may even give one away upon it's debut. So stay tuned!! I am going to be mean and not even give you a hint.

Now for the random stuff.....I was outside rounding up the girls to come inside (as you can see it was dark outside) and I looked up and this is what I saw:

Isn't it gorgeous? Make sure you click on the pic to make it larger. I just couldn't get over how bright it was.

And this one was taken seconds before the one above. Very cool how the clouds bounced the light off.

It is going to be a busy weekend for us. Ethan's first basketball game is tomorrow. Can't wait to see how that goes!! And then Troy and I will be remodeling the bathroom. We had a leak that had to be repaired and ended up ripping out our old tub and installing a new one. Now we need to add the tiled surround, tile floors and a new toilet. FUN FUN!! I will try and get before and after pics to share.
