Customs, Customs, Customs and Etsy Shop Re-Stock

My sewing machine has been humming....you should see the thread littering my floors, clothes and even in my hair some days.  It is kind of ridiculous.  But at least the mess means I AM being productive.

Over the past week I have had lots of wonderful customers ordering lots of good stuff.  Some are existing inventory in different prints, some existing prints and some completely new to Priddy Creations.  I love them all!!

I am finally getting around to re-stocking my Etsy shop.  You will see some new items in the shop.  Most are items I already carry in my inventory but maybe with some new fabrics or extra "stuff."

Like this little point and shoot/gadget bag....

This bag was made for my Creative Team spotlight on Tessa Ann's blog.  Each month I get to work with some of Tessa Ann's fabulous polymer clay buttons to create a fun and unique piece(s) (you will see my second item later in the post).

I made this totally fabulous, classic modern point and shoot/gadget bag with a hint of whimsy. The buttons and pleated ruffle really help soften the bag.  Red, white and black is one of my all time favorite color combos!

The back of the bag.

This READY TO SHIP, one of a kind bag IS for sale in my Etsy Shop.  So get it while you can!!

Be sure and check out the feature on her blog!

This new camera strap slipcover is also available in my shop.....it sports some beautiful Woodland Bloom.

Another new one...love these fabric combos.  A fun, reversible camera strap also available in my shop.  I won't be making many of these because my fabric stash of this line is running VERY low.

I love damask.  In every colorway they have.  You can find this set here.

A Joel Dewberry set can be found here.

I have also re-stocked some of my other camera straps, lens cap pouches, lens leashes and other goodies so check 'em out.

Below are more customer customs.  Thought I would share as you will more than likely see some of these in my shop and on my website very soon.

Andalucia patchwork, reversible strap.  I will be listing a READY TO SHIP lens bag in these fabrics very soon.

A fun, CF card wallet custom.  My customer sent me these fabrics.

A NEW item that will hopefully be added very soon with some ready to ship items......

A laptop sleeve.  Question first.....what size do you all have?  I have a 13 inch MacBook and this particular one was made to fit that size.  I would love to hear what size laptops you have so I know what sizes to work with.

Quilted on the inside for extra padding.

And last.....a project ALL FOR ME!  I very rarely sew for myself and decided that the very first iPhone/Gadget bag in this pattern would be FOR ME!  I am still tweeking the pattern but you will see something similar very soon in the shop and on my website.  As you can see, I used one of Tessa Ann's fabulous buttons on it as well.  It is a fabulous Converse shoe.  They are part of our uniform at my house so it was fitting for me.

The back has a pocket and the wristlet part has a clasp so that I can attach it to my purse, camera bag, etc.....

And that is it.  Whew.  Thanks for hanging out this long if you made it to the end.  Would love to know what you think of my newest products.  I am hoping to have a few giveaways as well with all the great suggestions I got on my previous post.  If you have any more, please feel free to share!

Happy Monday!!!

New Products REVEALED and Listed!

I am constantly trying to think up new ways to expand and grow my business.  In order to do that, change is an important part of the process.  Not only that, but keeping up with trends, introducing new products and producing quality products sits right up there as a must.  I am hoping that with the introduction of two new products, this will help me move towards my goal of expanding my business and skills.

With that said, I am sooooo stinkin' excited to introduce my first new product....the Lens Keeper.

I have found that a lot of people and photographers tend to "wear" their cameras while they shoot. However, they like to carry along a few lenses and other equipment to change out while shooting. My Lens Keeper is the perfect soluction for this! It is small and compact but will securely hold your lenses or speedlites while shooting.  My Lens Keepers have several options that will help personalize it to your needs.  For more information on additional features, or if you want to buy this fabulous bag, please click here.   And did I mention it is ready to ship?

Moving on to my second new product......

When I first decided to start making camera accessories, I decided that not only did I want something stylish, but I also wanted something that would be comfortable on my neck.  So I started making and selling my lined and padded camera straps.  With the economy the way it is right now, I wanted to start selling a more economical option for dressing up your camera strap.  With that in mind, I have decided to start making what I call my BASIC straps.  It is a new spin on an old favorite.

What is the difference you ask?  Well, these straps are "eye candy" slipcovers for your commercial camera straps.  The are fabric ONLY slipcover.  They are not lined and do not have any padding.  But they do come with a cheaper price tag.  So from here on out, every camera strap slipcover I offer can be done in one of two ways......my "eye candy" fabric only BASIC strap or my lined and PADDED strraps.  More options are always better right?  I will be adding more as time allows but will set up another listing for custom selections.  Two great options to fit any budget.  I wanted to have a few ready to ship items with my big reveal.  If interested in a more economical camera strap slipcover, you can click here.

As you can see, I have been a busy bee.  And if the new products wasn't enough, what do you think of the new look of my blog?  My Etsy shop has a new matching banner as well.  Thought Priddy Creations could use a fresh, new look for a brand new year!!

I know that this has been a kind of long winded post but please let me what you think!  Feedback from all of you is what helps me to improve and grow.

Priddy Creations Now Offering Camera BAG Straps

I have been busy working on some new items. I have decided to expand my camera strap slipcovers to incorporate camera bags and laptop bags. These items work the same as my camera strap covers only with an option for longer straps. This is especially nice for those that shoot actually wearing your camera bag or who tote around laptops on a consistent basis. Coordinate your bag and camera for the whole look!! With the bag straps, you have two options....listing choices up to 25 inches (which are my camera STRAP covers) or up to 28-30 inches for the camera/laptop BAG covers. You decide which listing will work best for you. Prices vary depending on which size you need. You can find the camera/laptop bag listings here.
I have also added a few new straps....once of which would work great for the guys! You can find the new straps here.
If anyone has any questions, please let me know!!

Lots of Strap Choices - New Etsy Listings

I have just added two new custom camera strap listings to my Etsy shop. Lots of fabric choices for you to choose from for a new camera strap. I will continue to add custom listings as my get my fabrics photographed and organized. To give everyone a wide array of choices, this is how my camera pricing will break down:

Ready to Ship Straps: $16.99. These will be straps that are READY TO SHIP meaning no fabric selections. What you see is what you get. They will be done in my standard size and no custom sizing will be done.

Custom Straps with a Selection of Fabric Choices: $19.99. These are custom straps where you can pick from a selection of prints and the camera strap size will be customized to fit your particular camera.

Custom Straps with Custom Ordered Fabrics: $21.99. These are straps where you have a particular fabric in mind and it is not something I have in stock. I will custom order the fabric and custom make it the size of your choice.

Reversible Camera Straps: $24.99. These are straps where you are able to pick TWO fabrics for a reversible strap. These straps will be custom sized to fit your camera.

Patchwork Straps: $26.99. These are straps where you can pick up to 4 different fabrics to make a patchwork strap. These straps will be custom sized to fit your camera.

I will continue to offer a custom listing for $19.99 where you can order past designs (of in stock fabrics) and have them custom sized to fit your particular camera. I am trying to keep the options broad and give people plenty to choose from. If anyone has any suggestions or would like to see something in particular, please shoot me an email or leave me a comment. I love hearing from customers and a lot of what I have come up has been due to feedback from my wonderful customers.

Now to the new listings........

A listing of fabrics in the blue colorway. You can find that here.

I have FINALLY got some more of the blue and green damask print and am excited to offer this listing. You can find the damask listing here.
